Sam Nixon (born 21 March 1986) is a contestant on Pop Idol, who finished 3rd on the second season of the competition.

Sam performed in the third group. He sang "Walking in Memphis" by Marc Cohn. Although he was originally eliminated, he was chosen to compete in the Wildcard round.
